Conchita the Chihuahua inherited a $3 million trust when her crazy eccentric owner, Gail Posner, passed away back in 2010, and nooow she has nearly tripled her cash by selling the Miami mansion ALSO bequeathed to her.
That’s right!
The little bitch got a trust fund AND a 10,000 sq. ft. mansion, with marble floors, an elevator and rooftop terrace. That is a LOT of territory to mark!
Clearly the big empty home had too many memories for the pup, cause last week she sold her modest home for $8.4 million.
No word if the sell made a profit, howeves we srsly doubt Conchita gives a woof.
