We thought we were seeing double!
The Glee star channeled his inner motorcyclist with his brother Nash at a Hollywood Halloween partay in El Lay.
Chord seemed like he was having trouble finding a costume early Saturday morning, taking ideas from his Twitter followers, he asked:
