How has it been seven years already?!
When Glee first premiered back on May 19, 2009, no one would have believed practically the entire cast would turn out to be household names.
While the Ryan Murphy series has suffered its fair share of tragedy since it debuted seven years ago, superstar Lea Michele took a moment to remember the good ‘ole days in a heartwarming Instagram post on Thursday!

Apparently, Miss Rachel Berry stumbled upon a black and white photo featuring a dozen members of New Directions — sorry Matthew Morrison and Jayma Mays, kids only — and simply had to celebrate the show’s anniversary with Gleeks everywhere!
Lea’s caption for the photo is especially touching as she indirectly references Cory Monteith‘s death and Mark Salling‘s problems with child porn, but we’re glad she still has positive memories of her time in Lima.
Never stop believin’!

#tbt 7 years ago.. It’s unbelievable how quickly time can go by.. To think we aired 7 years ago today.. Found this photo from our Upfronts trip to NYC just days before the premiere. We were all so excited. We went around the table and each said something we loved about each other.. No matter where we all are now.. I will always think back to this night. #glee ├ó┬¥┬ñ├»┬╕┬ÅA photo posted by Lea Michele (@msleamichele) on May 19, 2016 at 4:25pm PDT
