Chris Martin put together an epic halftime performance during Sunday night’s Super Bowl!
But with Beyoncé and Bruno Mars stealing the spotlight, the show became so epic that the Coldplay frontman ended up pushing himself into the background of the performance!
The Adventure of a Lifetime performer started out strong playing some of the the band’s old hits, but when Bey and Bruno came out to join the performance — Martin went from looking like a headliner to a background performer!

After several hilarious memes surfaced on Twitter, viewers even went as far as to call the 38-year-old the Left Shark of Super Bowl 50!
At least the singer’s daughter Apple Martin prepared him for this situation, telling him: “the worst that could happen is that you’ll get turned into a meme.”
