Last night, a day after one of Chris Pratt‘s most EPIC days ever, the Jurassic World star joined Bryce Dallas Howard and Jake Johnson as they sat down with James Corden to talk about their filming experiences.

Bryce Dallas Howard seemed to be a focal point of discussion as Corden brought up the fact that she does a “phenomenal amount of running” but does it in high heels.
Howard humbly explains:

“I did a lot of ankle exercises. I mean honestly, I trained for running in heels as if I were in the Olympics.”

Chris Pratt supports his co-star saying she “never once rolled an ankle or popped a knee” right before he was challenged by Corden to run in a pair of high heels!
