This is the absolute worst thing ever!
Colonel Meow, the super cute internet cat and holder of the Guinness World Record for Longest Fur on a cat, has died!
With a heavy heart, his owner Ann Avery posted on Facebook:
├óΓé¼┼ôI will post more about the details when I’ve had a few days to grieve. Thank you so much for your understanding, Minions. Your love and support has meant the world to us both.├óΓé¼┬¥
Back in November, Colonel Meow was hospitalized with heart problems.
He had previously undergone a risky surgery and blood transfusion. So this wasn’t out of the blue.
Still really really really ridiculously sad, though.
When a person loses a pet, it’s tough but they have friends and family to lean on. When an owner loses their internet famous kitty cat? The whole world grieves with them.
