Confirmed: Brittany Murphy Died Of Multiple Drug Intoxication!

How very sad!

The L.A. County Coroner has just released the cause of death for Brittany Murphy.

The autopsy concluded it was an accidental death brought on by “community acquired pneumonia,” iron deficiency anemia, and multiple drug intoxication.

Sadly, we aren’t surprised by the latter, but we still truly feel bad that this had to happen to her.
