Whaaa??? Really???
Forgive us, but after watching Kristen Stewart play Bella Swan in the five-part Twilight movie series, it’s hard to imagine Bella as anyone else!!
But according to Courtney Love, her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, was offered the leading role in the franchise BEFORE Kristen Stewart!!
Love told the following to radio host Howard Stern:
“When she was 13 she was offered Twilight, she was offered (the part of) Bella in Twilight. Someone just saw a picture of her in a magazine and sent me the script for Twilight. She was like, ‘That’s a sexist Mormon piece of s**t’. She was 13. It would have destroyed her life.”
If “destroyed her life” means “made her the most famous vampy ever”, we totes agree, LOLz!!
Courtney is probably right though. We’ve all watched the rapid decline of Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes of late, and according to fellow child-stars, sometimes that can’t be helped!!
Thankfully Frances was saved from that, and she now spends her time feuding with Kendall Jenner via Twitter instead. Ha!
