Darrell Sheets‘ autopsy report has finally been released, and it’s bringing to light new details regarding his tragic death.
The report from the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office, obtained by US Weekly, revealed that the toxicology report officials did come back negative. They’d taken blood samples to test for things like benzodiazepines, cocaine, fentanyl, and other types of drugs. Ultimately, they concluded the Storage Wars star wasn’t on anything at the time of his death, and had no traces of drugs in his system.

Officials also revealed that Darrell’s iconic tattoos had nothing to do with his passing, and confirmed that his cause of death is officially a suicide. The report stated:
“The body is that of a well-developed, well-nourished adult male.”
So, so sad.
