First, we mentioned that Eddie Cibrian was asking his ex-wife Brandi Glanville for child support even though they share custody of their kids and Eddie’s current wife, LeAnn Rimes, is worth about $20,000,000!
Then, it turned out that might not have been so true, with Eddie’s rep releasing a statement saying that he has not requested child support nor will he ever request child support.
Finally, it seems the truth has come out!
Turns out Eddie served her with legal papers saying she owed him alimony he overpaid to her after their 2010 divorce.
The problem is he says he overpaid her by $114,000, and even though she’s allegedly worth $1,000,000, she claims she can’t afford to pay him back.
Brandi’s lawyer is fighting back, saying that legally Eddie had a six-month window to ask for the money back and he’s now three-and-a-half years late.
The lawyer continued:
“The lawyer who sent the letter does not represent Brandi in connection with Eddie├óΓé¼Γäós calculation of alleged overpayment of support. It appears to me Eddie is trying at least in part to get back some of the child support he paid.”
We seriously don’t understand why these two just can’t leave each other alone. They’d both be happier and healthier.
But we’d also have less to gossip about and no one wants that! LOLz!
We’re interested to see what Eddie’s response to all of this will be!
