New Show For Eddie Cibrian (But Not With LeAnn!)

But no reality show for him and LeAnn Rimes actually turned out to be a good thing…for him!
Sources report that NBC has dropped their original choice for the lead of their new pilot, Playboy, and have given the role to CSI: Miami alum Eddie Cibrian.
Source close to the project say that Jeff Hephner, who had the role first, just didn’t cut it in the table reads, so the studio decided to go another way. Eddie will start filming the pilot in Chicago as early as next Tuesday.
Congrats, Eddie! Here’s hoping it takes off!
