Elle Fanning's A Couture Chameleon On The Black Carpet

She may not be old enough to drive, but she sure knows how to wear couture!
Elle Fanning practically blended in with her surrounding on Tuesday at the 80th anniversary party for Chanel Fine Jewelry‘s Bijoux De Diamants collection in New York City.
The 14 year old stepped on to the black carpet in a velvet Chanel Haute Couture dress with a sweet Peter Pan collar and black satin Rupert Sanderson heels.
We like how Elle took our advice and did something with her hair and the chapeau is a cute touch.
