Ellen DeGeneres Gives United Airlines Some Much Needed Advice (And Ellen Jokes)

no title
United Airlines flew straight into a media firestorm on Sunday when a passenger was yanked off an overbooked flight like he was a stray bag of luggage.
Since then, everyone and their mother has been criticizing United for whatever awful protocols allowed them to conduct such savage mistreatment.
One of those critics is Ellen DeGeneres, who offered the tarnished airline some advice — sandwiched in between plenty of Ellen-esque airplane jokes, of course!

The comedian spoke on the incident on Tuesday’s Ellen, quipping:

“It’s crazy, they charged him a $50 removal fee. That’s not true, that’s not true. No, your first forcible removal is free.”

Ha! But it wasn’t all fun and punchlines…
Ellen got serious when discussing how the company handled the issue by picking someone at random and kicking them off the plane — and offered up an alternative policy that seems MUCH more logical!
Ch-ch-check out the clip (below) to see what the daytime queen had to say to the airline.
