La La Land is set in modern Los Angeles, but you wouldn’t know it from Emma Stone‘s look in London Thursday.
The actress was all old Hollywood glam with her glossy waves and deep red satin slip dress that looked like a bygone star’s favorite nightgown or something.

Meanwhile, Ryan Gosling in his three-piece gray tweed suit also had that old-fashioned vibe. The movie’s aesthetic must’ve really gotten to them!
They’re exactly like a couple of hipsters who went rummaging at a thrift shop, aren’t they? LOLz!
