RECALL! Ford Fiesta Air Bag Problem!

Ford has decided to recall over 154,000 Fiesta subcompact cars to fix a side air bag problem.
Apparently, if the front passenger seat is empty, the side air bag won’t inflate to protect any people in the passenger side rear-seat during a crash.
So far, Ford says they don’t know of any crashes or injuries from the problem, so that’s good at least.
The recall is for Fiestas from 2011 to 2013 that were built in Mexico from November 3, 2009 to September 21, 2012.
Dealers will repair the issue for free, reprogramming the computer so that the side air bag will go off whether or not anyone is in the passenger seat.
We’re glad they caught this issue early, before anyone was ever injured.
