In probably the most disgusting news you’ll hear today, Fresh Express ordered a recall on their Organic Marketside Spring Mix salad over the weekend after two people in Florida reported eating some of the greens before finding a DEAD BAT in the bag.
OOOOOMG. Barf.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the bat was sent to the lab for testing, but researchers couldn’t determine if the animal had rabies due to its deteriorated condition.
The consumers in question are being monitored, but currently appear to be healthy and aren’t foaming at the mouth or anything. Thank goodness.
