Frances Bean Cobain is in a real pickle!
The daughter of the late Nirvana frontman was served a subpoena that is attempting to force her to give a videotaped deposition testimony against her mother Courtney Love.
Rhonda Holmes, who used to be Love’s lawyer, is accusing the singer of libel after a series of tweets appeared on Love’s Twitter that posted Holmes was “bought off.”
Holmes’ firm wants Frances to expand upon comments she made regarding her mother, and most likely the one they REALLY want expanded upon is the one where she said:
“Twitter should ban my mother.”
Cobain’s attorneys are fighting the charges, and contend that the 19-year-old has no knowledge material to Holmes’ lawsuit.
Obviously, Cobain is more than annoyed with her mother, but we doubt she wants to cost her mother hundreds of thousands of dollars!
Especially since her mom still owes her a TON of money!
