Sometimes, it feels like life can flood us with more problems than we can handle. That recently happened to Frankie Muniz, who capped off an already hard week with a literal house flood — all thanks to his possibly diabolical cat.
The actor vented about the series of unfortunate events last week, revealing that he had been mourning the loss of his uncle when he discovered that his cat “accidentally” flooded his five-story brownstone home.

He explained on Twitter:
I arrived home from my uncle's funeral to find 4 of my 5 story brownstone home under 3 feet of water. Everything I own, destroyed. Every wall, piece of artwork, personal photos, furniture… All because my cat accidentally turned on a sink a few days ago while we were gone.

Wow.
If the damage alone wasn’t enough, the accident came when the actor was already in a pit of despair. He continued:
I'm devastated and exhausted from a tough week with the loss of my Uncle Skip, 45 hours of travel to and from France to walk in to find this disaster. I've cried more yesterday and today then my whole life combined. Forgive me for venting.. I just need some support.

Luckily, the 32-year-old had support in his other half, Paige Price, who helped him through the difficult situation:
Thank God I have @paigey_price to help me get through this. I'd be lost without her. She's so strong and exactly what I need.

And, yes, he’s aware of how cartoonish the whole thing sounds:
I know this sounds ridiculous, but I swear it's true. You wouldn't believe the destruction.

What a bummer.
We hope he paid extra to get the cat-induced flood coverage on his insurance plan.
