Gerard Butler Sued By Production Company

Uh oh!

Gerard Butler is being sued by Evil Twin Prods, who are citing trademark infringement over the name of the actor’s production company, Evil Twins Entertainment.

The plaintiffs, Kristen Armfield and Harri Mark, have used the name since their launch in 1996 and regularly receive calls intended for Butler’s Evil Twins, which was created in 2008.

They are demanding an injunction as well as $2 million in statutory damages for alleged unfair competition.

WOWSA! We doubt they did that much damage.
