Ever since Daniel Craig made those disparaging comments about playing James Bond again last fall, there has been a lot of ado over whether he’ll return to the role.
Well last week, things seem to have come to a definitive end as it was reported that Craig reportedly turned down nearly $100 million to return for two more pictures — and now X-Files Gillian Anderson is interested in filling the void!

While we all know about the fan support for Idris Elba and we know Tom Hiddleston has voiced his interest, there’s also a group of fans that are campaigning to have Anderson take over as the next 007 by tweeting #NextBond.
After seeing a fan made poster of herself, Gillian took to Twitter to respond to the support saying:
