It appears so, as evidenced by the uncomfortable run-in Idris Elba had with Daniel Craig during Sunday’s ceremony.
The Luther star took to social media last night to share a photo of himself nervously sitting next to a dubious Craig, who has been portraying James Bond on the big screen since 2006.

Seeing as the 46-year-old has been the long rumored favorite to take over the iconic role when Craig finally decides to turn in his cufflinks, their encounter was understandably a bit, as Elba noted, “awks…” He shared on Twitter:
