BCBG Sued For Being Copycats

Givenchy has filed a lawsuit against BCBG Max Azria, accusing the label of knocking off one of their most popular handbags.

The suit filed in Los Angeles, Givenchy claims BCBGeneration‘s Rembrandt is a deliberate copy of their Nightingale purse all the way down to the stitching.

Even thought the French fashion house doesn’t have a design patent on the bag, they’re still seeking damages and an injunction against BCBG Max Azria that would prevent them from making any more knock offs.

Think they have a case???
