The country queen stuck to her predictably pageant-y outfits in a black strapless Roberto Cavalli gown, and though we’re used to this look from her, we can’t knock it!
Super shiny blonde waves, a 361-carat diamond necklace, and a va-va-VOOM smoky eye completed her ensemble.
