Gwen Stefani absolutely shreds ex Gavin Rossdale in her new song, and she ain’t shy about it! The track, dropped Friday morning, is called Somebody Else’s, and it’s savage! She opens by singing:
“I don’t know what a heart like mine was doin’ in a love like that”
Whoa! We knew Gwen was going country on her new album Bouquet, we didn’t know she’d be going off!

The lyrics continue to sting her ex:
“I don’t know what a woman like me was doing with a man like you / But now I got a love so true.”
Ah, yes… The “love so true” being hubby Blake Shelton. Yeah. She isn’t just praising him, she’s outright comparing the two! And Gavin does not come off well in the fight! She sings in the chorus:
“Now that I’ve found the real thing / You don’t compare / And I don’t care that you’re somebody else’s / And it doesn’t even break my heart / You’re somebody else’s / And I pray for them whoever they are.”
DAMN! She went from “just a girl” to “just a killer”! And it gets worse! She calls the guy “narcissistic” and “semi-psychotic”! Whoa! If y’all thought it was just the cheating that broke them up, turns out their marriage was a lot more toxic the whole time! She even sings:
“If I could go back in time I would erase you / But I could never go back there.”
Oof! Imagine hearing that from your ex! Gwen is unloading both barrels! Who knew her Lemonade would come so long after the events?
