Hayden Panettiere's Boyfriend Arrested For Domestic Violence AGAIN After Allegedly Punching Her In The Face!

Hayden Panettiere Boyfriend Domestic Violence Arrest

We hate to have to say it again, but this is what happens when you go back to abusive partners.

As we reported last Summer, Hayden Panettiere stayed with boyfriend Brian Hickerson even after he was charged with felony domestic violence for an incident in which cops were called to their home and found both beaten and bloodied after a night of drinking turned violent.

Unfortunately their love survived the 100-yard protective order, because before you could say “save the cheerleader” she was back with him.

Even that wasn’t the first time. During the subsequent legal battle — Hickerson pleaded not guilty because of course he did — the judge even referenced a prior incident in Puerto Rico. However, that charge was ultimately dismissed for some reason.

And now it seems he’s shown his true colors yet again as he was arrested in another domestic incident between the couple.

This time it was in Jackson, Wyoming… on Valentine’s Day of all things. According to the arrest filings first reported by the Jackson Hole News And Guide, the Teton County Sheriff’s Office was called to a private residence about a domestic disturbance resulting in “an intoxicated male” wandering around Highway 22.

They found the man, later identified as Brian, in the driveway of the house; he told police his GF was inside claiming “he beat the f**k out of” her — something he apparently was trying to deny. When police asked him point blank, they noted his “demeanor immediately changed and he avoided the question.” He told police he had specifically paid their private chef $700 to stay late so he “wouldn’t be accused of bulls**t.”

Classy.

The chef later confirmed to police he had been asked to stay but eventually had to go home around 1 a.m. However, he had witnessed the couple arguing earlier.

Once the police got inside Hayden told them Brian had thrown her around and punched her. Cops observed her bruised and swollen face, as well as a bad scrape on her hand, which they assessed to be a defensive wound cause by her boyfriend’s watch as he struck her “with a closed fist on the right side of her face.”

Brian was charged with domestic battery, as well as a count of interfering with a police officer for refusing to identify himself right away. He appeared in the Teton County Circuit Court later on Friday where he was released on a $5,000 bond.

Will this be the wakeup call Hayden needs to finally stay away?? We hope so.
