Heather Ledger‘s uncle is trying to use his nephew’s death as an excuse to get out of prison!
Hayden Charles Ledger plead not guilty to charges that he received $130,000 worth of stolen machinery in 2008, on the grounds that he suffers from bipolar disorder and he was distraught over the actor’s death and therefore should not be held responsible for his crime.
Are U serious?! How completely tasteless!
And STOOPID. I’m sad so I stole machinery??
Luckily, the judge called bullshiz and sentenced him to 18 months in jail.
