Heather Is In The Clear!

Because there is no way to actually know whether she did it or not, the Ventura Country District Attorney’s Office announced that Heather Locklear won’t be charged with the murder of a street sign.
You’ll recall that the Melrose Place star was being accused of a hit-and-run with a “No Parking” sign from back in April. Because there is “insufficient evidence” to determine who was the driver of the car at that time, no charges will be filed against Heather.
But the car is definitely still a suspect. There is no doubt that it was the BMW registered to Heather and her ex-hubby Richie Sambora that did the deed.
No word yet if the D.A. has filed charges against the car. (Hey, this is El Lay. It could happen!)
