Hugh Jackman Looks Like A Bum On The Wolverine Set

Why is that homeless guy waving at us?
Oh wait, that’s Hugh Jackman. Woops! LOLz!
The actor is getting into character for The Wolverine, which is currently filming in Sydney, Australia.
Even though he looked like a disheveled poor man who has been living on the streets, he definitely wasn’t acting like one. We hear he bought instant scratch lottery tickets for the entire crew and handed them out himself.
Aww. So nice! Hopefully someone at least won a free ticket.
Although this wasn’t an image of Wolverine that we were expecting to see, it definitely intrigues us. Anybody want some SPOILERS that will provide a little more insight into his mountain man appearance?

The Sydney set features two buildings that have been transformed into a camping store and a small town bar. In 1982’s Wolverine #1, the beginning of the “Japanese Saga”, the comic book character hunts down a man-eating grizzly bear in the Canadian Rockies.
Wolverine (or Logan at this point) discovers an arrow stuck in the animal’s back with a poison that causes the dangerous behavior.
He proceeds to sniff out the hunter’s scent responsible for the act and finds him drinking at a local bar. We’re sure you can imagine what happens next. If not, just watch the cage fighting scene in the beginning of the first X-Men movie. Things aren’t going to end well for the hunter.
