So when the Daily Beast asked Topher Grace about 2006 reports he was spotted with the heiress, it was with great reluctance that he confirmed they were an item:
“Uh… I did. Certainly it wasn’t a political statement. This was a decade ago. I met her here in New York and we went on a couple of dates. I wouldn’t say that we ‘dated,’ but… I didn’t do it for political reasons.”
Ha! Can you imagine being so politically despicable that even your exes are trying to distance themselves from you??
