It sounds like there is major trouble in paradise between Jason Aldean and his wife Jessica Ussery, as the high school sweethearts have split after more than 11 years of marriage!
Their relationship had been on the rocks ever since the country singer was spotted smooching former American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr, and apparently that was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
While the split comes as news to us, a source claims they have been separated for a few months now, saying:
“There were obvious problems before the bar kiss, but he finally left earlier this year.”
How sad!
It seemed as though the longtime couple were going to try and make it work for the sake of their two daughters, Keeley and Kendyl, but it sounds like they were just never able to recover from the incident.
Jason was recently spotted walking the red carpet all by himself at the Academy of Country Music Awards earlier this month, and now we know why.
