From Teen Mom to Jailed Mom!
Jenelle Evans was locked behind bars on Monday AGAIN after she failed a drug test for marijuana.
Evans’ attorney had literally just made a deal with the court before the judge ordered Evans to take a drug test.
Here’s what her lawyer said:
“Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed. The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive.”
Jenelle Evans was in court from this past april when she was arrested for possession of heroin and assault. For this she was given 18 months of unsupervised probation.
Hopefully this brand new 48 hour jail stint will keep her away from drugs at least for that period of time.
Otherwise she’ll be back in the slammer in no time!
