The holidays are an amazing time. They bring you together with your loved ones. You get a Christmas episode of Psych. The lights and decorations are beautiful.
But they also destroy the shizz out of your eating habits!
Well, not this year, says Jennifer Love Hewitt! She’s on a strict holiday diet!
In fact, she’s be doing pilates instead of chowing down on the delicious holiday sweets, all for her upcoming TV role where she plays a mom that becomes a prostitute to support a kid:
“I will be in lingerie a lot, so I’ll be working out. I will not be eating for the holidays. This year will be loads of fun for me.”
We applaud your dedication, but we’ll be honest: that sounds like no fun at all! Like we always say here at FitPerez, moderation is key!
One iced cookie isn’t going to change how that thong looks on screen! Just don’t eat the whole batch!
