Rumored to have been in talks to be a judge on Simon Cowell‘s U.S. version of X Factor, Jessica Simpson has revealed she has indeed been approached by producers.
She said in a recent interview:
“They have definitely talked to me about X Factor. I think it would be a lot of fun. It’s definitely my life. To be a mentor for up-and-coming artists is right up my alley. I would have loved to have a mentor. I love watching people’s dreams come true.”
Wow! Based off of her excitement, it sounds like Jessica is locked in as long as producers want to hire her.
Judges on the new show will obviously be critiquing performances, but unlike American Idol, they will also be mentoring the artists by helping them choose songs, styles and presentation.
Awesome! We think Jessica would have a lot of great advice about what works and doesn’t work because she has tried it all!
What do U think? Should Jessica Simpson be a judge on X Factor?
