Gorgeous model Joan Smalls graces the cover of Vogue Italia’s March issue and it’s a big deal. This marks the first time a woman of color has appeared on the front of the magazine since 2008.
Seriously.
The cover was shot by famed photographer Steven Meisel and as the hashtag says, it’s definitely over the top.
