John Legend, Keith Urban, and Chris Martin are here to save us from this coronavirus madness!
In an effort to curb the stress of social distancing as many have been forced to stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the musicians decided to livestream at-home performances on their respective Instagram accounts for fans.

The Coldplay frontman was the first to do so on Monday. Taking to Twitter to invite his fans to tune in, he wrote:
“Hello everyone. I hope you and your family are safe and healthy. If anyone feels like chatting and listening to some music, I’m going to do a livestream on the Coldplay Instagram… love CM #TogetherAtHome”

The move inspired Legend to do the same. Hours after Martin’s IG performance, the Grammy winner wrote:
“My friend Chris Martin did a lovely little concert from home today. I’ll be doing one tomorrow at 1pm Pacific time. See you soon. We’ll try to get through this together! #TogetherAtHome.”
Joining Legend at home was his wife Chrissy Teigen, who contributed to the show by sitting on her hubby’s piano in a towel drinking wine (obviously):

Ha!
Urban also performed an impromptu concert on IG Live on Tuesday, and was joined by his wife Nicole Kidman, who danced and sang along to the 30-minute set.
As you can see (below) the country crooner played guitar and sang in the basement of his and Kidman’s Nashville home with the help of collaborator Jeff Linsenmaier on keyboards and percussion:
According to reports, many more Insta-concerts are to come — and they’re all part of a larger initiative coordinated by Global Citizen called “Together, At Home: WHO-Global Citizen Solidarity Sessions,” which aims to unite us all during a time where many feel isolated or on the brink of murdering their spouse/parents/children.

On Tuesday, Legend announced that other artists set to perform via livestream include Miguel, Jhené Aiko, Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello, and Charlie Puth. He wrote:
“As entertainers, we want to entertain you guys and we want to help everybody get through this.”
How kind of them!
We’ll also be keeping you entertained — and informed — with the latest news. What will you be doing to pass the time while we’re all #TogetherAtHome, Perezcious readers?
