John Legend is not here for your weak little attempts to call him out.
The All Of Me singer not only appeared in the documentary Surviving R. Kelly, he made a point the next day telling the press to stop treating it like a tough call to blast the alleged “serial child rapist.”
Of course, several musicians apparently did find it too daunting and declined to be interviewed for the doc exploring his accusers’ horrific stories.

Well, now we’re seeing what those artists would have been facing, and the backlash is… well, it’s not that strong.
Someone dug up an old photo of John and wife Chrissy Teigen with accused rapist Harvey Weinstein in an attempt to say the singer held them to a double standard.
Never mind the fact the pic was from BEFORE all the news broke. The man was a huge producer, he has photos with almost everyone in Hollywood — including those he allegedly later assaulted.
See how John brushes off the faux outrage over the pic and deftly points out the tweeter’s real intent (below)!
I took a photo with and worked with Harvey on several occasions before his abuse was known to me and the rest of the world. Since his being exposed, his company and career have rightfully been destroyed and he's been indicted. Sounds like something that should happen to R Kelly https://t.co/LgIOQpEnsP

If y'all wanna cape for R and discount all these women's stories, just say it. Don't bring up some old pics of me and somebody else. https://t.co/2wus2P7vNm
