Contrary to information we posted earlier, John Travolta‘s second accuser will NOT be entering mediation with the actor and his legal reps.
A source had said that the attorney’s representing the conflicting clients were “working on ground rules for the evidence and procedure” in a “strictly confidential” mediation with a judge.
John Doe #2‘s lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, has set the record straight and told sources:
“I want a full trial with a private judge. There is no mediation. There’ll never be a settlement. I want privacy for sex crime victims.”
Marty Singer, of course, is still denying any and all allegations. He poked holes in the first accuser’s story, but it doesn’t sound like he has figured out a defense plan for the second male masseuse’s claims. The legal ace recently said:
“We’ll disprove it, but we need specifics first. It’s hard to disprove something when you don’t have more specific allegations.”
Out of all of the allegations being thrown at Travolta, John Doe #2’s are by far the most convincing. We’re looking forward to what the verdict will be when a judge makes a ruling!
