Johnny Depp is parting ways with his French estate. In addition to having a dozen rooms and a dozen bathrooms, the 37-acre property is pretty much the equivalent of a small town, since it houses several buildings, like a main house, a bunch of guest houses, a café, and even a chapel!

Holy cow! It’s no wonder the actor is seeking a pretty penny for this place — and by pretty penny we mean $27 million!
The 52-year-old bought the home near St. Tropez back in 2001, and it seems like they had a pretty good 14 years together!
Much like Johnny himself, the place is very interesting, to say the least. Most of the buildings are pretty open, there’s a couple pools, and even a skatepark!
