Seems like British actor Jude Law might be in a bit of legal troubles.
Last night, Jude was spotted leaving the Wyndham Theatre in London, having performed in Hamlet. He even took the time to sign autographs for his fans.
Later that evening, he attended a dinner hosted by movie director Christopher Nolan, along with other celebs.
Around 1am this morning, Jude was seen leaving the London restaurant when the paps started snapping away.
As a somewhat inebriated irritated Law made his way out, 28-year-old female paparazzo Harsha Gopal says Jude struck her in the head.
According to the pap, “He hit me full in the face. It was a real stinger, it was very sore.”
However, Jude’s reps were quick to dismiss the claims, stating the whole thing was merely an accident.
His attorney claims, “This is all nonsense. Last night’s incident was an accident. Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close. He apologised and left. Pictures of this sort can often be misleading.”
Police have yet to reveal if a formal complaint has been issued against Jude. But pictures of the incident can be seen HERE.
