Congrats, Courtney!
Last month, we heard that Courtney Love’s landlord was trying to get her evicted from her NYC apartment for a variety of reasons, including redoing the wallpaper without permission and setting the walls ablaze!
Now, we’ve learned that Courtney will NOT be evicted from her apartment because a judge tossed out her landlord’s case!
The landlord was trying to claim that Courtney was behind on her rent, but when the judge saw that Courtney was actually up-to-date on her rent given her current payment agreement – the case was thrown out.
No word on whether or not the judge had anything to say about the whole “setting the apartment on fire” thing, but it doesn’t really matter at this point. Courtney gets to stay!
Enjoy that apartment, Court! And be careful next time U decide to redecorate! LOLz!
