Justin Bieber is suffering the effects of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, but those medical issues may paradoxically force him to tour once again — just to pay the bills.
According to a shocking new report via Radar Online on Wednesday, the 30-year-old pop star is said to be spending money like crazy lately. And the issue per insiders is that because the Canadian crooner has no income streams right now, the money he’s got supposedly can’t last.

The Biebs hasn’t released a studio album since 2021. And he hasn’t toured since 2023 — when he was forced to cancel most of his Justice World Tour following the initial Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis. But now, between spending sprees and major medical bills, things are coming to a head. A source claimed:
“Justin has always been irresponsible with money and spends freely without looking at prices or his bank balance. No wonder the money is dwindling.”
Specifically, one of the biggest issues is a $380,349 property tax bill that just came due on his $16.6 million home in Coachella Valley, California. Regarding that and other pending charges, the insider added:
“The quickest way to make some cash would be to tour, but Justin probably wouldn’t be able to withstand the rigors of the road.”
That’s the thing — the Ramsay Hunt diagnosis may preclude him from touring. That syndrome includes serious symptoms like hoarseness, vertigo, dizziness, tinnitus, hearing loss, and even facial paralysis. Those would be really difficult symptoms to push through on a tour.
But there is another option, too: lawsuits. As we’ve reported, the Baby singer is pondering legal action against former advisers for allegedly mismanaging hundreds of millions of dollars of his fortune — much of which came from the sale of his music catalog in 2023. Until (and/or if) that happens, though, Hailey Bieber‘s hubby is said to be in a precarious position:
“Things are not looking good for Justin. Without any cash flow, he’s not going to be able to sustain his extravagant lifestyle much longer.”
Yikes.
