Uh-oh! It was bad enough when cops said Justin Timberlake got caught drinking and driving… now you’re telling us he was possibly cheating that night too?? Oh, boy.
As Perezcious readers know, the pop star was arrested in June for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York. He ended up pleading guilty to a lesser charge of driving while ability impaired and was ordered to pay a fine, make a public service announcement, and complete community service. Not too bad, eh?

But now, word has it this DWI has caused a ton of friction in his marriage to Jessica Biel — and not because of the drinking but rather who he was drinking with! Yeesh!!
In a new report from RadarOnline.com on Wednesday, a source claims JT’s dealing with a marriage “crisis” after canceling a New Jersey stop on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour on Tuesday because of a mystery “injury,” as he claimed on Instagram. Why?? Because this tour announcement comes days after it was revealed he was enjoying a drink with his former business partner and his wife’s ex-stylist Estee Stanley on the night he was pulled over…
Since his marriage is already “strained” thanks to cheating rumors with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright back in November 2019, this news was apparently NOT received well by Jessica! An insider claimed:
“His wife is really clean-living and after he was caught holding hands on a night out with another woman, things were already strained. This arrest and the fact he was with a female friend the night it happened has really brought things to a head. There’s no other way to say it that his marriage is now in crisis.”
Oof. That sux!!!
Page Six broke the news about Estee and Justin’s rumored night out. According to several sources, the friends he was hanging out with at The American Hotel — where he allegedly only had one martini — were the interior designer and her producer husband Bryan Furst. Per sources, the group had dinner together. Previous reports claimed unidentified friends of the singer were following his car after leaving the restaurant, and they tried to convince officers to let him off the hook when he was caught. Per TMZ, a woman wondered if he was going to be arrested and offered to drive him to her and her husband’s home, where he was planning on spending the night.
If you don’t know, Justin and Estee go way back. In fact, she was so close with the couple that she actually hosted their engagement party at her own LA home in 2012! The same year, she launched a line of home good products with the Mirrors artist called HomeMint. She also opened a now-closed kid-friendly restaurant with the actress in 2016, calling Justin and Jessica “practically my family” around that time, per Page Six. So, they were all SUPER close, and sources insisted the ladies still are. But if this is driving a wedge between the husband and wife, maybe this friendship won’t last much longer?
Now, considering Estee’s husband was reportedly with them, maybe nothing nefarious was going on?? Maybe this really was just a bunch of friends catching up? However, considering JT’s history of cheating rumors in the past, we could see why this would create some controversy in his relationship! The optics are not necessarily the best, you know?
For now, however, Jessica has not commented on the drama. Justin has also already rescheduled his New Jersey concert for next week so his tour plans weren’t derailed much.
