MJ's Momma Decides To Keep His House

Maybe this whole murder trial is getting to her. Maybe she’s feeling sentimental for her family.
We’re hearing that Katherine Jackson, matriarch of the Jackson family, is having second thoughts about selling the family home in Encino. It was initially her desire to sell the Hayvenhurst estate after her son, Michael Jackson, had passed. Now, she isn’t so sure.
Her change of heart as gone as far as to have her lawyer petition to withdraw her petition to sell the house. She’s still waiting on the judge’s approval on this motion, but the court did grant her permission to buy another home – the one she is currently renting in Calabasas, where she lives with Michael’s 3 kids.
Personally, we think so long as the family is together, it doesn’t matter where they live. Those kids need a lot of support right now and the more protection their family can give them, including a safe place to call home, the better.
