Holy Cow! This Katy Perry Convent Drama Is Heating Up! The Nuns Filed Papers To Fight For Ownership!

We always thought nuns were peaceful, but these ladies are prepared to fight!
On Friday, the California Institute of the Sister of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary filed legal papers against the Archdiocese of Los Angeles… over the former convent that might or might not end up in Katy Perry‘s possession!
The archdiocese had filed a lawsuit to prove that the Sisters were not authorized to sell the Los Feliz building to restaurateur Dana Hollister.
But, the new documents — that were filed in response to the suit — say that the Roman Catholic Archbishop of LA has no right to sell the property to the pop princess.
The Sisters made sure to mention that Dana offered $15.5 million, while Katy’s offer was $1 million less than that.
It’ll be inneresting to see who comes out victorious is this buyer battle!
