Hey, whatever she needs to tell herself to psych herself up for the upcoming season is fine by us! We want her in rare form!
Though the next season of The Real Housewives of New York has been shelved so Bravo can visit South Beach, the ladies of Manhattan are still sharing their thoughts on the upcoming season. Someone who always wants her opinions heard is Kelly Bensimon and she has quite a few to share about the show…and Bethenny Frankel.
As we’re sure you are all aware, this will be the first season Bethenny won’t be parading around the Upper East side with the rest of the ladies, leaving some to question if the show can sustain itself without her. Fear not, because as Kelly sees it, Bethenny was just holding them all back! She dished to one source:
├óΓé¼┼ôPeople think that without Bethenny, ├óΓé¼╦£Is the show going to be able to last?├óΓé¼Γäó It was so unauthentic for the past two seasons. The great thing about this season is that, because the relationships are now three to four years old, the actual situations are organic. They are deep and they hurt… Now she├óΓé¼Γäós gone and the show is taking a completely different direction, which is really exciting.├óΓé¼┬¥
Uh-huh, okay. So now, explain to us how the show is going to be less “unauthentic” with Bethenny gone? Will there be no more staged lunches? No more ritzy Manhattan parties paid for by generous donations from Andy Cohen? No more impromptu getaways on 50 ft long yachts to islands far away from racket of 5th Ave? Or are you talking about less cattiness on the show, less gossiping behind each others backs and less fake facades overall?
We’ve got to tell you … if any of this is a possibility, we don’t think anyone will watch, Bethenny or no Bethenny!
Better stick to what you know, ladies!
