Kesha is ready to take her fight with Dr. Luke to the next level.
On Monday, a sourced dished that the Tik Tok singer is considering enlisting the help of Dan Petrocelli, who is best known for representing the father of murder victim Ron Goldman in the wrongful death civil lawsuit against O.J. Simpson. Ooh, the big guns!

The insider noted:
“She’s ready to go to war with these people.”
That’s not entirely shocking — especially since the pop star and the music industry vet have been clapping back at each other ever since the Die Young artist sued Luke back in 2014. In case you forgot, the blonde beauty has accused the music producer of verbally and sexually assaulting her for years.
Dr. Luke has vehemently denied these accusations.
In February, Kesha lost an injunction bid which would’ve allowed her to record music outside of her longtime partner’s grasp. The 29 year old has since appealed the judge’s ruling. Not to mention, she also called out Sony the other day for trying to bribe her with her freedom if she recanted statements about her past with Dr. Luke.
Well, if Kesha decides to make the partner from O’Melveny & Myers co-counsel alongside her current lawyer Mark Geragos she might actually have a fighting chance against the megaproducer.
That, and it helps that she has A-listers like Taylor Swift, Adele, Ariana Grande, and so many more on her side!
