Kim Kardashian is certainly not hurting for loyal and loving fans, but she found out the hard way that she isn’t hurting for nasty haters either.
Girl, they’re just jealous!
While filing for divorce from Kris Humphries so soon after the over-the-top televised wedding was hard enough on its own, Kim got even more beaten down by the harsh reactions from the public.
The queen of reality TV admitted to DuJour magazine that the public didn’t make the process any easier thanks to their demands as she revealed:
“Going through a divorce for anybody is devastating and heartbreaking, and then to have to do it and feel like you have to explain what is happening is such an awkward thing. You have to explain your choice to millions of people, and then they’re disappointed. I’m disappointed. Why are they disappointed?”
However, her younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, thinks it was far worse than Kim makes it out to be. In fact, she thinks the whole brutal reaction to the divorce filing was straight up bullying. Khloe said:
“Kim never had to endure any bullying in her younger years. I think to be thrown into a lion’s den with everybody attacking her really hit her hard. It was very painful.”
There’s no denying that Kim was definitely affected by the whole thing.
Seriously, she pretty much disappeared for quite a while there!
But we’re happy to see the mom-to-be getting her groove back and looking happier than ever with Kanye West.
