Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Warn Of 'Devastating' Financial Situation In New Docs Begging To Halt Foreclosure!

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are warning the world about their dire financial situation.

The estranged couple filed new legal docs late last week in a bid to see if they can prevent the quickly-coming foreclosure on their Georgia mansion. Those docs, first revealed by Us Weekly on Tuesday, center on the Don’t Be Tardy alum and her ex-NFL estranged hubby’s desire NOT to be foreclosed upon so they can use the equity from their mansion sale to cover major debts and family living expenses.

In the docs, Kroy begs the court to halt foreclosure proceedings in an impassioned statement. In part, he claims foreclosure would be “devastating” for the family, leaving them “homeless” and without any “financial resources” to pay off debt:

“The consequences of losing this equity would be devastating for my family, including myself, my ex-spouse Kim, and our four minor children. We would be left homeless, without financial resources, and unable to address the debts accumulated during our marriage. Among these debts are the Truist mortgage, a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) on the property, and an IRS lien.”

Oof.

As you can read there, Kroy specifically cites the Truist bank mortgage as a major issue. He claims the couple entered a “three-month probationary payment period” with the mortgage lender over the summer. However, Kroy conceded that in August, the couple was unable to make their agreed-upon payment. That miss, he says, was due to “the challenges arising from an ongoing divorce.” In turn, Truist pursued foreclosure — and now, here they are.

The former Atlanta Falcons star was adamant the property now being on the market will help if a sale comes through soon. He even noted a sale would allow the estranged pair to pay back Truist “in full,” per the docs.

For her part, Kim also wrote that the family “will face insurmountable financial hardships” should foreclosure occur. Referencing the estranged pair’s four minor children — Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9 — the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum added:

“The most devastating consequence will be the impact on our children, who would be left homeless. … We are pleading for your support in potentially expediting the sale of the house, under the condition of a temporary order from the court to prevent foreclosure.”

Kim and Kroy are hoping for quick action on this, too. The foreclosure petition first filed by Truist states the property is “due to be auctioned off on the courthouse steps on November 7, 2023.” So, the pair is obviously hoping something fortunate happens in the next week. Honestly, for their kids’ sakes, we hope so, too.

Thoughts, Perezcious readers?
