Kylie Jenner Shares Ways To Keep Busy While Social Distancing: 'Being At Home Is Fun'

Kylie Jenner wants you to know that self-quarantining can be fun!

The 22-year-old superstar took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday and told her followers how she’s been entertaining herself while social distancing at home amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In a selfie-style recording, the KUWTK star explained that she’s an expert in at-home entertainment because she “didn’t leave the house” near the end of her pregnancy with Stormi Webster as a way of keeping the baby news a secret.

She recalled:

“It was my choice to do that, so I never let myself get bored. I watched movies; I read books; I would do full spa days and take long baths; do masks; take care of my skin; take care of my hair.”

The makeup mogul also did “so many puzzles” to keep herself busy while pregnant, and she noted that she’s been doing many of the same activities while social distancing.

In addition to watching Westworld on HBO, Kylie said she’s been “spending more time with my daughter—cooking, reading,” adding:

“Being at home is fun.”

Sounds like a blast!

The starlet was inspired to record her video by Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams, who asked influencers, including Kylie, to help young people understand the seriousness of the global COVID-19 pandemic.

She said in the clip:

“The coronavirus is a real thing. I listened to the Surgeon General this morning….Even though I’ve already been doing my daily reminders, he definitely encouraged me to come on here and talk to you guys so you can see me and hear me.”

She then encouraged her followers to “please stay inside,” explaining:

“Practice social distancing, self-quarantine. If you live with your parents, you don’t want to go home [and] get your parents sick. You might have it and not even know and be affecting other people. It’s serious, and the only way that we’re going to slow this down is if we do this—since there’s not a cure right now. Nobody is immune to this, millennials are not immune to this.”

Kylie capped off her message on a positive note, telling her fans “we’re going to get through this.”

Meanwhile, the other KarJenner sisters are doing the same. Kim Kardashian West recently revealed that she and her sisters “are all social distancing and staying away from each other, all separately self-quarantined,” adding:

“It’s hard but we have to do this for our safety and for everyone else’s. PLEASE do not ignore the severity of the warnings to stay inside to stop the spread of this virus. We will all get through this!”
