Kylie Jenner has been sued!!!
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, Angelica Vasquez filed a lawsuit against the makeup mogul for alleged discrimination she says she faced over her religion, race, and national origin while under her employment. Whoa. She claims she began working for Kylie as a housekeeper at her Beverly Hills home on September 10, 2024, before moving to her Hidden Hills residence a week later. There, she worked under a woman named Elsi and the head housekeeper, Patsy.

Angelica, who is Salvadoran and Catholic, alleges she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” the second she started working for The Kardashians star and was “subjected to severe and pervasive harassment” by Elsi, Patsy, and other staffers. In the suit, she claims she was “belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers” due to her race, national origin, and religious beliefs. Angelica says that while under Kylie’s employment, she was told “Catholics are horrible people” and staff members mocked and intimidated her about her immigration status. Furthermore, she alleges the employees alluded to people of her background getting deported from America.
WTF? To allegedly intimidate someone with the threat of deportation, especially under this current administration, where we’ve seen too many trigger-happy ICE agents, as well as the inhumane treatment of people by them, is so wrong.
And it also went beyond verbal bullying, according to Angelica. She also claims she received the worst tasks, was purposely excluded from the housekeeping team, had fingers snapped at her, and was shouted at constantly. When Angelica complained about the mistreatment, a supervisor allegedly once threw hangers at her while reprimanding her. WHAT?!
So awful!!!!
Because of the alleged horrible working conditions, Angelica says she developed anxiety and “symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder,” which she sadly only got further bullied for. She claims her complaints about the harassment never got addressed, so she had to resign from her position by August 2025. She is now seeking damages for unpaid wages, emotional distress, and more, as well as punitive damages.
Kylie, who is listed as a defendant in the lawsuit, has not addressed the allegations. Sources familiar with Kylie’s household claim to TMZ, however, that Angelica was a junior housekeeping employee with attendance issues, among other workplace concerns.
Of course, it really doesn’t doesn’t matter if the attendance part is true or not, though. It wouldn’t void her claims if what she’s alleging is true. No one should be bullied and discriminated against in their place of work due to their religion or race. It’s not OK.
